The Founder

Our Mission

SUPER ATHLETE was founded by Head Coach Praveen Sapkal — an endurance athlete, race director, and performance coach. He is an Ironman Certified Coach, Certified Sports Nutritionist, and a marathon & ultra-distance athlete. Praveen also organizes large-scale endurance events. As both a coach and an active competitor, he designs structured training programs based on real race experience rather than just theory. From high-elevation races to ultra-distance events, his methodology incorporates effective nutrition for athletes and is field-tested under real endurance stress.

1. Science-Based Training

Our structured training incorporates periodization, progressive overload, aerobic base development, strength integration, and data-driven monitoring tailored for athletes.

No crash plans, no gimmicks, and no random workouts. Every program is designed for long-term athletic development, ensuring optimal nutrition for athletes to support their performance. 


3. Real-World Endurance Focus

We train for actual race conditions — considering terrain, elevation, fatigue, fueling, pacing, and mental resilience, all under the guidance of expert performance coaching.
