SUPER ATHLETE was founded by Head Coach Praveen Sapkal — an endurance athlete, race director, and performance coach. He is an Ironman Certified Coach, Certified Sports Nutritionist, and a marathon & ultra-distance athlete. Praveen also organizes large-scale endurance events. As both a coach and an active competitor, he designs structured training programs based on real race experience rather than just theory. From high-elevation races to ultra-distance events, his methodology incorporates effective nutrition for athletes and is field-tested under real endurance stress.
