 Our programs are designed for runners, endurance athletes, cyclists, triathletes, and individuals aiming to improve fitness or prepare for races such as 5K, Marathon, Ultra, or IRONMAN. Beginners and experienced athletes are both welcome. 


 No. Beginners can join. The training plan is customized based on your current fitness level, goals, and training history. 


 Yes. Every athlete receives a structured plan based on their goal, fitness level, race timeline, and schedule. This ensures safe and measurable progress. 


 Yes. Coaching is available both online and offline. Athletes from any location can join and receive complete guidance, monitoring, and support. 


 

Depending on the program, coaching may include:

 Yes. As a Certified Sports Nutritionist, Coach Praveen provides evidence-based nutrition guidance to support training, recovery, and race performance. 


 

 Training plans are updated regularly based on your progress, program, feedback, and performance to ensure continuous improvement. 


  Yes. SUPER ATHLETE specializes in endurance training including Marathon, Ultra-distance races, and IRONMAN preparation with structured and periodized training. 


 Yes. Strength training is a core part of our system to improve performance, prevent injuries, and increase endurance efficiency. 


 You can join by clicking the Join Training or Contact button on the website and submitting your details. We will contact you with the next steps. 


 Most athletes notice improvements in endurance, strength, and efficiency within 6–12 weeks when training consistently.
